民族舞蹈隊 Chinese Folk Dance Team

　

指導教師 胡敏嘉女士, 畢業於台灣文化大學舞蹈系後, 在華盛頓城 的 American University取得表演藝術/舞蹈碩士學位。胡老師授課時強調基本動作的正確性, 幫助學生對自身肢體動作的熟悉及協助學生對中華文化的體會了解。授課的程序由熱身, 伸展和肌力訓練開始, 再一步一步演示教授傳統舞蹈動作。

    The instructor, Ms. Hu Ming Chia, received a BA degree in Dance from Chinese Culture University, Taipei, Taiwan, and a Master of Arts degree in Performing Arts / Dance from The American University, Washington D.C.   Ms. Hu’s teaching emphasizes on proper techniques and helping the children appreciates the art of Chinese culture. Her goal is to familiarize the children with the idea of the body in motion. The class starts with warm up, including muscle strengthening and body stretching exercise, followed by step-by-step instructions of traditional Chinese dance moves.
